The Assignment:
This project was all about making a menu profitable for the brand. This was important to show through condensing the menu, focusing on specific menu categories through menu engineering, and a more refined look and feel. This project overall took about two months to complete, and ended up producing a large increase in margin for the Denny’s brand in just one month prior.
